Las estrategias utilizadas teniendo en cuenta la orientaci\u00f3n Oeste, fue la doble fachada vidriada, utilizando vidrios con reducci\u00f3n del ingreso de radiaci\u00f3n solar y el uso de fachada verde al Este. De esta manera se logr\u00f3 reducir el alto consumo en refrigeraci\u00f3n simulado en el verano y limitar el consumo por calefacci\u00f3n en invierno a consumos eventuales.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><strong>El Techo<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; text-align: justify;\">La estructura del techo consiste en una losa de hormig\u00f3n armado (0,15m de espesor), cuyo lado exterior est\u00e1 acabado por una losa de hormig\u00f3n pobre (0,05m de espesor). Hacia el interior hay un espacio a\u00e9reo (0.25m de espesor) y un tablero de yeso (0.0125m de espesor) con aislamiento t\u00e9rmico y ac\u00fastico de lana de vidrio (0.03m) como acabado de techo. Debido a los altos niveles de radiaci\u00f3n solar en la azotea en verano, se utiliz\u00f3 un novedoso sistema de sombreado del techo, que consiste en baldosas cuadradas de hormig\u00f3n (0,03m de espesor) sostenidas en sus cuatro esquinas por pivotes de PVC cil\u00edndricos de 0,12m de altura rellenos de hormig\u00f3n. Por lo tanto, las baldosas proporcionan sombra a la azotea, un espacio de aire por encima del techo y una superficie transitable. La resistencia t\u00e9rmica del techo es R=3.04 m2K\/W y la transmitancia t\u00e9rmica es U=0.33 W\/(m2K).<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><strong>La Pared<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Paredes exteriores opacas (se construyeron con cinco capas, de afuera hacia adentro: enlucido exterior (3 cm de espesor, pintura beige), mamposter\u00eda cer\u00e1mica hueca (0,12 m de espesor), yeso con pintura asf\u00e1ltica impermeabilizante (0,03 m de espesor), aislamiento t\u00e9rmico y ac\u00fastico de lana de vidrio (0.03 m de espesor) y tablero de yeso con pintura blanca (0.0125 m de espesor). La resistencia t\u00e9rmica total de la pared es R = 1.28 m2K \/ W mientras que su transmitancia t\u00e9rmica es U = 0.78 W \/ (m2K).<\/span><\/p><h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><strong>Doble fachada vidriada<\/strong><\/span><\/h5><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Se utilizaron paneles de doble acristalamiento herm\u00e9ticos Low-e con una c\u00e1mara de aire de 9\/12 mm, con un acristalamiento gris de baja emisividad en el lado orientado hacia el DGF (6 mm) y vidrio transparente de 6 mm de espesor en el lado interior. El acristalamiento de baja emisividad refleja una alta fracci\u00f3n del calor emitido por el vidrio del DGF cuando es calentado por el sol. El factor solar SHGC del sistema es 0.31. La transmitancia solar del panel DGF se redujo utilizando una serigraf\u00eda en la parte posterior que bloquea alrededor del 55-60% de la luz solar. Es importante tener en cuenta que esta pantalla tambi\u00e9n aumenta la absorci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda del vidrio y la temperatura del vidrio del DGF , que es un efecto colateral negativo. Graciela Lessino &#8211; INENCO<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">La sub-Estaci\u00f3n Experimental del INTA en Abra Pampa, se halla localizada en la puna juje\u00f1a, pr\u00f3xima al pueblo del mismo nombre, en una planicie a 3500m sobre el nivel del mar y sus principales actividades son el estudio de la cr\u00eda sustentable de cam\u00e9lidos y la recuperaci\u00f3n del cultivo de la quinoa. Esta zona se encuentra entre las que mayor radiaci\u00f3n solar reciben en la Argentina, con muy escasas lluvias estivales, grandes amplitudes t\u00e9rmicas diarias y necesidad permanente de calefaccionamiento de los edificios a pesar de tener una latitud menor a la del Tr\u00f3pico de Capricornio.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Es una regi\u00f3n clasificada como muy fr\u00eda y son frecuentes en el invierno temperaturas m\u00ednimas de -10\u00baC. La vegetaci\u00f3n es escasa y de caracter\u00edsticas xer\u00f3filas y agrava el panorama el viento permanente que arrastra part\u00edculas y polvo. All\u00ed se construy\u00f3 esta vivienda para el Director de la Sub-Estaci\u00f3n y el proyecto es del Arq. Rafael Requena (del INTA) con el asesoramiento, dimensionamiento y testeo del INENCO de la Universidad de Salta. Est\u00e1 construida con gruesos muros dobles de piedra con aislamiento t\u00e9rmico en el medio y toda su extensa cara norte es un muro Tromb\u00e9 Michel que incluye aventanamientos para ganancia directa. La cubierta es liviana, con terminaci\u00f3n exterior de chapa de acero y fuertemente aislada en lo t\u00e9rmico. Un detalle interesante para destacar es la incorporaci\u00f3n de vapor de agua al aire interior mediante la utilizaci\u00f3n de cubetas llenas de agua colocadas en las aberturas inferiores del Muro Trombe. El vapor de agua se incorpora al aire cuando \u00e9ste ingresa en la c\u00e1mara entre muro y vidriado y reingresa al interior de la vivienda por la abertura superior. Esta humidificaci\u00f3n del aire interior es indispensable en un clima de tan baja humedad absoluta.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">La vivienda se proyect\u00f3 con el criterio de vivienda experimental, lo que limit\u00f3 un tanto la aplicaci\u00f3n de un mayor despliegue de recursos arquitect\u00f3nicos formales. Fue durante un tiempo objeto de estudio por parte de los especialistas locales (en las fotos se muestra la visita de un grupo de ellos) y es un interesante ejemplo de adaptaci\u00f3n al riguroso clima
